Drove up to Cambridge to hang out with Deb and Clancy. They have some friends over from the States too, so it was nice to all hang out together. As usual, Steve and Clancy stayed up chatting to the small hours of the morning. :-)

Since Clancy has an armour-making workshop (and not afraid to use it), Steve's now left his shiny new helm at their place, to finally get an extra couple of rivets put into it, for extra safety / usefulness.

In the evening Jen finishes reading the 'Twilight' series of books. We both enjoyed the movie, and are looking forward to the next one (to be released in November). Also looking forward to the new Wolverine film, and new Star Trek film.

Jen's workplace held its big Staff Conference today. Approx 600 employees under the same roof - impressive! The venue was lovely too, very art-deco.

We both stayed in today. Steve enjoyed an on-line gaming day with friends.

It was such a lovely day today it would have been a crime not to get out of the house! We enjoyed wandering about the National Portrait Gallery - looking at the modern portraits.
In the evening, Jen took photos of the old iMac computer, and put it up for auction on ebay. Here's a great photo Steve took!

Today Jen sold her old iMac for £155 on ebay. Not bad for a 7 year old machine. It's strange when you think about the original owner (not us) paying over $4,000 (Aussie dollars) back in 2002. That's technology for you.

This evening we're all packed and very much looking forward to our week-long tour around Scotland! (with Jenny and Nick) We're getting the overnight train, then hiring a car tomorrow morning. Hope to have loads of great photos on our return......
